This notice explains how I collect and use personal data when you visit senamizamba.co.uk or contact me through the form on this site. I take data privacy seriously and only collect what is necessary to respond to your enquiry and understand how this site is used.

3. Why I collect it and the legal basis

I collect contact form data solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, the mutual interest in enabling communication between a potential employer or collaborator and myself as a professional.

4. How long I keep it

Contact form submissions are stored in my Netlify dashboard. I retain them for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, then delete them. If you request deletion at any point, I will delete your submission within 30 days.

5. Who has access to your data

Your form submission is processed by Netlify (my hosting provider), which stores it on servers in the United States. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

If you use this site, anonymised analytics data about your visit is processed by Google LLC via Google Analytics. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

I do not share your data with any other third parties.
